Slow cooker Pulled Cajun chicken

This is so easy to prep and so tasty!

You can serve with so many different options.


Pasta, tortillas, a big salad and rice, tacos, or even a baked potato?





Serves 2-3

315 calories (if split into 2)

P: 54g C: 24g F: 3.4g


You will need;


  • 2 x chicken breast (approx raw weight 320g)- whole breast

  • 1 x garlic passata (we only use 300g)

  • 8g garlic purée

  • 10g tomato purée

  • 20g Cajun seasoning

  • 1 x red onion diced

  • 2 x bell peppers


Method


Put all the in your slow cooker and cook on a high heat for 2 hours.


Once cooked or when you’re ready to serve (reheat) use a fork and knife to shred you’re chicken (I do it while it’s in the slow cooker- less ness and dished to clean)


And it’s ready to serve!
