A little more about me...

I can relate...
10 years ago,
-
I was constantly stressed and anxious,
-
My diet was poo,
-
I relied on food and booze for comfort,
-
I was addicted to strong pain killers (for a back injury)
-
And I participated in zero exercise (I thought it was a punishment actually)
-
I was five stone heavier than I am now.

I have completely changed my lifestyle, habits and beliefs around food and exercise.
I am so passionate about helping other women do the same.
In the past I tried so many FAD diets. and yo-yo'd in weight most of my life. I know how frustrating it is to never be able to keep your results.
I have only been able to keep my fat loss results by changing my lifestyle and habits.

After my own fat loss and fitness journey, I decided to re-train as a Personal Trainer and help other women reach their goals and maintain they're results forever.
​
I worked as a Personal Trainer in Stirling for two years before moving to Online Coaching in 2020.
​​​During the Covid Pandemic I fell pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in 2021.
I truly understand what mum life is like while working, running a household, socialising and trying to make your goals a priority too. ​

​For me Online Coaching is far more comprehensive than face to face personal training in a gym. With Personal Training you pay your trainer for an hour of their time once per week and you're left to your own devices the rest of the time.
