Slow Cooker Chicken Curry Noodles

An ideal slow cooker fakeaway! Chuck this in the slow cooker on Saturday morning and enjoy on Saturday night with zero fuss!

Ingredients


  • Raw chicken breast - 250g

  • Small white onion - 50g

  • 200ml tin of light coconut milk

  • 10g tomato puree

  • 20ml light Soy sauce

  • 1 tsp medium curry powder

  • 15g mango chutney

  • 5g garlic pure

  • 5g ginger puree

  • Half tsp Chinese 5 spice

  • Half tsp turmeric

  • 300g fresh egg noodles

  • Half oxo less salt chicken stock cube (crushed- don’t add water)


Method


Cut up the chicken breast, onions, and add to the slow cooker along with the coconut milk, tomato purée, curry powder, garlic , ginger purée, mango chutney, crushed stock cube and spices.


Cook on low heat for 3- 4 hours.


Finally add in noodles and cook on a

high heat for 30 mins until the noodles are nice and hot.
