Slow Cooker Chicken Curry Noodles

An ideal slow cooker fakeaway! Chuck this in the slow cooker on Saturday morning and enjoy on Saturday night with zero fuss!

Ingredients
Raw chicken breast - 250g
Small white onion - 50g
200ml tin of light coconut milk
10g tomato puree
20ml light Soy sauce
1 tsp medium curry powder
15g mango chutney
5g garlic pure
5g ginger puree
Half tsp Chinese 5 spice
Half tsp turmeric
300g fresh egg noodles
Half oxo less salt chicken stock cube (crushed- don’t add water)
Method
Cut up the chicken breast, onions, and add to the slow cooker along with the coconut milk, tomato purée, curry powder, garlic , ginger purée, mango chutney, crushed stock cube and spices.
Cook on low heat for 3- 4 hours.
Finally add in noodles and cook on a
high heat for 30 mins until the noodles are nice and hot.
