Peanut Butter, chai jam toast! Blood sugar friendly

Ingredients


  • 1 x Warnburtons wholemeal high fibre no added sugar bread

  • 15g of Meridian smooth peanut butter (no palm oil or added sugar peanut)

  • 100g Black Forest frozen berries

  • 10g chai seeds


Method


In a small bowl add frozen fruit and mircowave for 60 seconds. Add chai seeds, stir and microwaves for a further 30 seconds


Toast bread. Top with peanut butter and your homemade chair seed jam!
