This was delish! Full of fibre so really filling and very kind to blood sugar levels!

Ingredients
1 x Warnburtons wholemeal high fibre no added sugar bread
15g of Meridian smooth peanut butter (no palm oil or added sugar peanut)
100g Black Forest frozen berries
10g chai seeds
Method
In a small bowl add frozen fruit and mircowave for 60 seconds. Add chai seeds, stir and microwaves for a further 30 seconds
Toast bread. Top with peanut butter and your homemade chair seed jam!
