Cheese ham and egg breakfast wrap

This was so simple to make! The cheese and ham filling was delish!
This would be fab for kiddos too.

Ingredients- serves 1
2 x medium eggs
1 x wholemeal wrap - mine was 138 calories
30g 50% less fat cheese
1 x slice of honey roast ham
Method
Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Heat up frying pan- I kept on a low heat and used 1kcal spray to stop the egg sticking (track your oil cals separately)
Pour egg into your pan - like an omelette and let it cook. This is when I seasoned the egg with salt and pepper. When the underside is firming add your tortilla - place it on top of the underside cooked side.
Next on one half of tortilla add Cheese and ham and fold over your egg/ wrap.
I increased the heat at this point and flipped a few times until I could see melt cheese and the rest of the egg was cooked through!
Slide out your plan and serve!
