Overnight Banana Biscoff Protein Chia Seed pudding

A fab protein high breakfast idea you can prep ahead of time for a few days!

403 calories per serving (the recipes serves 1) but you can double or triple up the ingredients
P: 28g C: 34g F: 15g
Ingredients
25g impact whey my protein powder (my go to brand)
30g chia seeds (I get mine from Aldi)
125ml of skimmed milk
Topped with
80g sliced banana
10g biscoff spread
Method
In a bowl or jar combine milk and protein powder and whisk or shake to remove lumps. Then add chia seeds and stir well.
Let this set overnight in the fridge.
In the morning top with banana and biscoff spread. Enjoy!
