Carrot Cake Oats

Quick, tasty and nutritious!
I make my oats in the microwave! So saves on dishes and time!

400 calories
P: 15g F. 12g C: 59g Fibre 7g
Ingredients
40g rolled oats
150ml skimmed milk
40v raw grated carrot
1 tsp cinnamon
50g 10% fat Greek yogurt (I get mine from Aldi- I takes the best)
5g walnuts
15g Aldi dried raisin, sultana, cranberry mix
10g sweet freedom vanilla syrup
Method
Combine oats, milk, carrots and half tsp cinnamon in a bowl and microwave for 1 mins. Stir and microwave for a further 30s to 1 mins - until you get the consistency you like.
Next mix in 5g vanilla syrup.
Top with the rest of the ingredients and a final drizzle of vanilla syrup and enjoy!
