Ingredients


  • 1 x slice of sour dough - mine weighed 70g and I opted for a seeded loaf! Slice was 188cals.

  • 10g garlic purée

  • Half tsp basil

  • Sprinkle of chilli flakes

  • 100g full fat cottage cheese

  • 30g mozzarella


Method


Pre heat air frier - 200 degrees


Spread tomatoe puree over bread. Season with dried basil. Top with cottage cheese and finally add mozzarella and chilli flakes.


Pop in air fried for 6 mins! Done! Delish!!!!!
