I love this breakfast! It’s my new go to!



It’s high in protein, fibre and nutrients densewhen I say bowl of health this is why


Greek yogurt: high protein + probiotics for gut health

Flax, seeds, walnuts: healthy fats, omega-3, fiber for heart health

Berries: antioxidants and vitamins

Manuka honey: natural energy and antibacterial properties

Ingredients-


  • I used 90g 0% fat Greek yoghurt (fage- but the Aldi brand)

  • and 90% 10% fat Greek yoghurt- I like the taste of the 10% best but 0% gives me that extra hit of proteins mixing the two together works well.


  • 12g flax seed

  • 5g walnuts

  • 5g manuka honey

  • 150g frozen mixed berries- I heat up in microwave to thaw

  • 10g 4 seed mix ( I picked this up from Aldi)
