Oat and Berry Breakfast Bake

Do you struggle for time in the morning? And skip breakfast?
Give this a go! Prep on Sunday night. Breakfast/ snack sorted for the week.
It takes 5 mins to prepare and 25 mins to bake.
The flavour options are endless.
Serves 4
200kcal per slice
P: 7.2g C: 29.3g F: 5.6g
Ingridients
150g Oats
30g blueberries
60g raspberries
200ml milk (I used Alpro Almond Milk)
5g vanila extract
2 tsp cinnamon
2tsp stevia (zero calorie sweetner)
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
Combine and mx in bowl. Pour batter into baking dish.
Top with 1 tsp of desic coconut. And bake for 20-25 mins.
