Mint Chocolate Protein Pancakes



Easy to make! Light, fluffy And yummy!

335 per serving (5 pancakes)

P 27g F 7g C 41g Ingredients- serves 2 (10 pancakes)


40g oats- blitz in food processor to make flour

2 x small ripe bananas

50g vanilla whey protein powde

1 x tsp baking powder

2 x eggs

1x egg white

a few drops of Myprotein zero calories flavour drops

Method In a large bowl mash bananas, add oats, protein powder, baking powder, eggs, egg white, and flav drops.

Heat up your frying pan and start pour two spoonfuls of mix into the pan. Lightly fry (using 1kcal spray) for 2-3mins each side.

I pop them in the oven on a low heat to keep warm while I make the rest!

Topped with an aero low calorie mousse, 6 x mint chocolate aero bubbles and sweetfreedom mint chocolate low calorie sauce (toppings not included in calorie count)
