Loaded fries with chicken tikka, spiced onions and cheese

A fab home made takeaway idea! So so yummy! A must try!

🍟 Chips
223 calories - per portion- recipe serves 2

Ingredients
500g Maris piper potatoes- cut into wedges.
1 tsp fired parsley
1 tsp smoked paprika
7g cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper
12 sprays of 1 kcal spray
🍟 Method
To ensure the chips are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside I par boiled my wedges for approx 5 mins (until soft but not breaking apart when poked with a fork)
I removed and drained potato wedges and added to a big bowl. I seasoned with salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, smoked paprika and parsley. And made sure they were all coated.
I transfer into my air frier sprayed 12x sprays of 1 kcal spray oil and air fried at 200 degrees for approx 15 mins.

Ingredients - for two people/ servings
250g of raw chicken breast cut in chunks
7g curry powder (1.5tsp) I used tikka powder
100g spiced onions (I got mine from Asda)
60g grated mozzarella cheese
Method
While your chips are in the slow cooker .
Marinate chicken and brown in a large pan.
Once browned cover with a lid and reduce heat to allow the chicken to cook through.
Weigh out your other toppings so you’re ready to load your fries.
When your fries are ready. Plate them up. Covering in toppings and pop in the oven or under the grill (if you want to melt the cheese)
