Lazy lasagna- meal prep or dinner


This would be ideal for a quick dinner or meal prep for lunches/ dinner

Ingredients


  • 250g lean 5% less fat minced beef

  • 180g dried macaroni pasta (we need 350g of cooked pasta- I weight it out once cooked)

  • 1 x jar or Lloyd grossman no added sugar bolognaise sauce - 130g jar

  • 100g natural cottage cheese

  • 20g padano cheese (the finely powdered Parmesan stuff)

  • 70g mozzarella cheese


Method


Cook pasta according to instructions and then weight out 350g of cooked pasta.


Brown mince in pan for a few minutes- I used no oil.


In a baking dish combine sauce, brown mince, cooked pasta, padano cheese, cottage cheese, 30g of mozzarella and mix well.


Finally top with 40g mozzarella cheese and pop in the over for 10 mins!


Serve with a nice side salad or veggies!
