High protein Cheesy crisps

High in protein! So easy to make! Pop in the oven and done!
Paired with a dip - yum!
Unlike traditional crisps, these are high in protein instead of carbs, helping you stay fuller for longer and keep blood sugar levels steady—so you avoid the spike-and-crash cycle that leads to constant cravings.

The below made around 15 crisps for me.
Total cals 227 cals
P: 22g F: 13g C: 6g
Ingredients
130g full fat cottage cheese
25g grated cheese- I used Orkney cheese
Method
Preheat over to 200 degrees.
Line your baking tray with baking paper.
Add 6 spoonfuls of cottage cheese- even amounts to baking tray and then top with cheese.
When cooking they will combine into one big crisp that you can then break up!
Pop in the oven for around 25-35 mins.
Keep an eye on it not burning- you may need to turn the temperature of oven down
Allow to cool. Break up and enjoy!
