Fire cracker turkey noodles

You can tone the spicy down! But this version is hot hot and I loved it! And it was so quick to make! And required on pan only!
This is also super cheap to make as I use turkey mince!
This would be fab a quick dinner or meal prep lunch ahead of time!

Ingredients
250g 2% fat extra lean turkey mince
300g fresh egg noodles
75g sliced red bell pepper
1 carrot (70g) cut into matchsticks
3 spring onions finely sliced
15g clear honey
10g garlic purée
5g ginger puree
30ml dark soya sauce
30g tingly sauce (ted sauce- ed sherans sauce) sriracha would work too.
15g tomato puree
**if you don’t like it spicy use more tomato puree and less hot sauce
Method
In a large frying pan using some 1kcal spray brown your turkey mince for 5 mins. Break it up with a wooden spoon.
Meanwhile in a bowl combine- garlic, ginger and tomato puree, hot sauce, soya sauce and honey in a bowl. And mix.
Add your peppers and carrot and cook for a further few mins so they soften.
Add your noodles and cook through for a few min. Moving around the pan a lot.
Finally add your sauce and spring onions. Stir well so everything is coated. Serve.
