Creamy halloumi Nando’s style wrap - meat free

A super quick and tasty mid week dinner idea! And perfect for summer! It’s light and delish!

377 calories per portion - 1 wrap each including pineapple and Nando’s chilli jam

Ingredients - this makes 3 wraps. I had 1 and Ross had 2.
225g of 30% less fat halloumi
1 x yellow bell pepper- diced
50g red onion - diced
10g piri piri seasoning- I used a spice jar from Asda
30g lightest philidelphia
100g salsa- from a jar
3 x pineapple rings- 1 ring per wrap
15g Nando’s chilli jam per wrap (5g per wrap)
3 x weight watchers wraps- big wraps for only 120 calories each
Method
Sautée red onion and peppers on a low heat (using 1 kcal spray- track separately) for 5 mins until soft.
Then add your halloumi- I cut mine into little cubes.
Keep moving the halloumi around the pan until it’s browned on all sides. Only takes a couple of mins.
Next add piri seasoning and mix
Finally add salsa and cream cheese and mix well.
Make your wrap and top with your pineapple ring and some Nando’s chilli jam! Devine!
We served ours with a side salad and a mini corn! It was sensational and super quick!
