Cheesy Beano bagel - 26g protein and meat free!

Ingredients


  • 1 x Warnburtons protein bagel thin

  • half tin of baked beans (reduced salt and no added sugar (I used Asda brand)

  • 30g 50% less fat mature cheese grated (Asda) (you could also add more protein to this dish with eatlean protein cheese)


Method


Combine beans and cheese and microwave for 1 mins 30.


Toast bagels and top with cheesy beans! (I didn’t add butter to bagel as to be honest it doesn’t need it)


Enjoy! This would be fab with a wee protein yogurt! Protein and fibre from beans! Super filling and cheap!
