Really simple to make, super tasty (especially with a tuna mayo filling), and great if you’re trying to keep your meals balanced.

P: 8g F: 7g C: 9g Fibre 2.7g
Ingredients:
1 × 165g tin sweetcorn (drained)
50g grated mozzarella
Method
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper to prevent sticking.
Spread the sweetcorn into two flat, wrap-shaped circles on the tray.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly on top.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool completely - this step is key so they firm up and hold together.
These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a few days. Just add your favourite fillings — tuna mayo works especially well!
