2-Ingredient Sweetcorn & Cheese Wraps 🌽🧀



Really simple to make, super tasty (especially with a tuna mayo filling), and great if you’re trying to keep your meals balanced.

Ingredients:


  • 1 × 165g tin sweetcorn (drained)

  • 50g grated mozzarella



Method


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper to prevent sticking.

  3. Spread the sweetcorn into two flat, wrap-shaped circles on the tray.

  4. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly on top.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.

  6. Allow to cool completely - this step is key so they firm up and hold together.


These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a few days. Just add your favourite fillings — tuna mayo works especially well!
