Berry & Peanut Butter Crumble Oats

Ingredients:
150g frozen berries
25g rolled oats
10g peanut butter (Meridian- less nasty’s)
10g honey
100g Greek yogurt (10% fat) Aldi brand equivalent of fage
10g dried fruit mix (raisins & cranberries- Aldi)
Method
Use two separate bowls.
Add the frozen berries to one bowl and microwave for 90 seconds until thawed.
In the second bowl, mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, and a teaspoon of water. Microwave for 90 seconds.
Spoon the yogurt over the warm berries, then top with the crumbled oat mixture and dried fruit.
