Berry & Peanut Butter Crumble Oats

Ingredients:


  • 150g frozen berries

  • 25g rolled oats

  • 10g peanut butter (Meridian- less nasty’s)

  • 10g honey

  • 100g Greek yogurt (10% fat) Aldi brand equivalent of fage

  • 10g dried fruit mix (raisins & cranberries- Aldi)



Method


Use two separate bowls.


  1. Add the frozen berries to one bowl and microwave for 90 seconds until thawed.


  2. In the second bowl, mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, and a teaspoon of water. Microwave for 90 seconds.


  3. Spoon the yogurt over the warm berries, then top with the crumbled oat mixture and dried fruit.
