Banoffee protein cheesecake (no protein powder)

Using no protein powder! Great for you and/ or your kids if you have them!


This would be a fab filling sweet snack or breakfast idea!

Ingredient


  • 30g Asda brand Crunchie nut cornflakes

  • 165g full fat cottage cheese

  • 1 x 70g banana

  • A few drops of MyProtein zero calorie Toffee flav drops (you can sub for honey but please account for extra calories)

  • Little shaving of dark chocolate (I used like a quater of a Lindt square)


Method


Add cornflakes to your bowl.


In a mixing bowl combine banana, cottage cheese and flav drops and blend. I used a handheld mixer. But you could use a blender/ smoothie maker.


Blend until smooth.


Pour over cornflakes.


Grate chocolate on top!
