Banana PB protein bark

Such a lovely freezer treat! And so easy to prep ahead of time. I let it thaw for a few moments and enjoy! The combo of banana, PB, goey vanilla protein powder and chocolate is so lovely!

Ingredients


  • 1 large banana - 140g or two smaller bananas

  • 45g whole nut peanut butter- try to avoid brands like sunpat

  • 30g myprotein vanilla impact whey protein powder

  • 20ml coconut milk from carton

  • 5g dark chocolate (just enough to grate over the top)


Method


In a large Tupperware tub- line it with greeseproof paper.


Slice bananas to cover the bottom of tub. Cover with another bit of greese proof paper and using the bottom of a glass squish bananas.


Next melt PB in microwave for 10 seconds so it’s easy to pour and cover bananas.


In a bowl combine protein powder and coconut milk to form a goey paste and pour over bananas and pb.


Finally grate some dark chocolate and freeze for a min or two hours.


You keep this in the freezer and take out a bit when you need it!
