Air frier cheesy chicken burgers/ steaks

One for the whole family!


This recipe serves creates 4 burgers/ steaks

Ross and I had two each.

Protein: 19g Fat: 6g Carbs: 7g


Ingredients


  • 250g  lean ground chicken (I used 2% fat)

  • 60g mozzarella

  • 1 medium eggs

  • 60g tinned sweetcorn

  • 1tsp garlic powder

  • Half tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1tsp cayenne (optional for added spice)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 20g plain flour


Method


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.


Divide into 4 burger/ steak shapes.


Pop in air fried on grease proof paper or in a air frier safe silicone tray. Cook for 12-15 mins or until cooked through at 200 degrees.


Serve! You could have in a bun. With sweet potato chips, Mexican rice etc.
