Sweet Chilli shredded chicken Noodles - slow cooker

We enjoyed this so much we’re having it again next week! Life is so busy right now so opting for a slow cooker recipe is life for us!
510 calories per serving (recipes serves 2)

Ingredients
1 x chicken breast raw (170g)
Sauce
100ml of light soya sauce
8g garlic purée
5g ginger purée
90g sweet chilli sauce
Noodles - you add these towards the end
300g fresh egg noodles
Veggies - you add these towards the end
1 x red pepper - thinly sliced
1 x small red onion- thinly sliced
1 x medium carrot - cut into think strips
Method
In a measuring jug combine sauce ingredients (measure soya sauce first) then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Add chicken and sauce to slow cooker and cook on a low heat for 3 hours.
After the 3 hours. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Add back to slow cooker and add all the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 45 mins- 1 hour!
