Strawberry Jelly/ Mousse

Like something sweet after dinner that’s low calorie? This is so yummy!


Serves 4


Ingredients


  • 1 x packet of Hartley’s sugar free jelly granules

  • 300g 0%fat natural or Greek yoghurt

  • 285ml hot water

  • 200g frozen summer fruits


In a large bowl or measuring jug. Add jelly granules to boiled water and whisk. Now instead of adding water (as shown on jelly packet) add 300g of natural fat free yoghurt and mix well.


Get 4 small glasses or containers. Add 50g of frozen fruit in each and pour over mix.


Refrigerate for 2 hours/ overnight!
