Chocolate covered cherries- low refined sugar

A fabulous sweet hit that includes fruit alongside a low sugar chocolate! Low refunded sugar options are fab as you feel less of a spike and crash in blood sugars reducing sugar cravings!
The dark chocolate you choose matters as it can dramatically change the calories. I opted for a higher cacao content which reduced the refined sugar content. Always check the label if in doubt!

So easy to make a pop in the fridge!

Ingredients - 8 covered cherries
30g Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate- super low in sugar
8 x fresh pitted cherries - 85g
Method
I pitted my cherries - I made a small cut and popped the seed out.
In a bowl over boiling water I melted my chocolate.
Coated my cherries in the chocolate. Placed on freeze proof paper and allowed to cool and set in the fridge!
These are so yummy! The sweetness of the cherry and sharpness of the chocolate is Devine!
