Slow Cooker Peri Peri Nandos shredded chicken

Minimal ingredients and zero prep! Ideal when you have a BUSY week! Shove it in and GO!

Ingredients (I used Aldi alternatives as so much cheaper) 


  • 400g chicken breast raw

  • 1x sachet of peri peri seasoning (Bramwells)

  • 80g Peri peri garlic sauce/ marinade (Bramwells) 

  • 60g lightest philidelphia cream cheese


Method


Add chicken, peri peri seasoning and peri peri sauce to your slow cooker and mix well. 


On a high heat cook chicken for 1.5 hours or on a low heat for 3 hours.


When ready to serve. Shred chicken with two forks (keep it on the slow cooker) and add cream cheese. Stir well.


Serve! 


I served with rice but the options are endless with this one…

-Brioche bun

-In a big salad bowl

-Flat bread
