Soooo yummy and a fab substitute for regular mash!


The amount you get is insane! So much volume on your plate! Plus each serving is just over 6g of fibre!

Ingredients


  • 400g raw turnip - peeled and cut into chunks

  • 180g raw carrot- peeled and cut it to chunks

  • 200g raw sweet potato- peeled and cut into chunks


I tried to keep all chunks the same size so the boiling time was the same!


Method


Boiling until soft. Around 10 mins.


Mash and season with salt and pepper! So yummy!
