Jelly and protein yoghurt snack or dessert


One of you or your kid(s) Izzy and I made this and she takes in her packed lunch at nursery!

She helped make the jelly and loved seeing that it was “set” the next day in the fridge.

Ingredients


  • 1 x sachet of sugar free jelly - I used strawberry flavour - 1 x sachet makes 4 portions of jelly for 9cals each potion

  • Half of a vanilla protein yoghurt- I used the Brooklea Aldi one

  • 30g fresh strawberries


Method


Following instructions on sachets making jelly. Pour into 4 separate tubes.

Allow to set overnight in the fridge.


Top with yogurt. Half of a protein yoghurt per serving.


Top with strawberries and enjoy!
