High-protein tuna melt toast (quick & easy lunch)


So good I’m having it again today!



Serves 1 /364 calories

P: 43g | F: 12g | C: 19g


Ingredients:


• 1 slice sourdough (I used Aldi Protein Toasting Sourdough – 56g slice, 131 cals)

• 100g drained tinned tuna

• 40g light mayonnaise

• 20g Red Leicester cheese, grated



Method:


  1. Lightly toast the sourdough in an air fryer or under the grill


  2. Mix tuna + mayo in a bowl


  3. Spread over toast, top with cheese


  4. Return to air fryer/grill for 3 minutes until melted and heated through


I had mine with a 100 kcal protein yogurt -boosting the protein in this lunch by +12g 💪


Total: 55g protein at lunch = keeps me fuller for longer and fuels my day 🤍
