Chipotle chickpeas side dish

A great addition to any salad. A fabulous meat free protein source.


You could have with as part of a salad or as a side to any of my other recipes.

Ingredients- serves 4

1 x drained can of chickpeas 265g

8g chipotle chilli paste


Method


Drain and rinse chick peas.


Dry fry! To heat through. Keep them moving about so they don’t burn. After warmed up add chipotle paste and toss!
