Tuna Mayo Sandwich/ Bagel/ Roll

My go to lunch. Simple is always best for me. And this can be prepped for 3 days.





Ingredients - serves 1

Tuna Mayo

211 calories - 1 x tin of tuna (brine or water) + 30g light mayo

P:33g F:2g C: 8g


You could serve on bread, a morning roll (as low in cals), weight watchers wrap (again cause lower in cals), on a protein bagel....


Add cucumber, or red onion or cherry tomatoes
