Raspberry coconut oats with a vanilla drizzle

Ingredients


  • 50g frozen raspberries

  • 40g rolled oats

  • 200ml plant based coconut milk- found in longlife section of supermarkets- 200ml 56calories


  • 25g of myprotein vanilla impact whey

  • Splash of water


Method


In a bowl combine and mix oats, raspberries and milk and heat up in microwave for 1.5 mins - more if you like to get your desired consistency.


Mix well.


In a mug mix protein powder and a splash of water- and mix to form a thin custard like consistency- again your can add less or more water to get your desired consistency.


Drizzle over the top of your oats and enjoy!
