Protein Cajun chicken pizza

Serves 2
2 x chicken breasts- butterflied
Seasoned with 8g Cajun chicken seasoning
Bake in the oven for 20mins.
Meanwhile chop and lightly fry
1 x small red onion
50g mushrooms
50g bell pepper
After 20 mins remove chicken from the oven spread lightly fried veg over chicken breasts.
Top with 10g chorizo (each pizza) and 25g EatLean protein cheese (each pizza)
Pop back in the oven for 5-8 mins (until Cheese has melted)
