I switched out the bread base for a butterflied chicken breast to cut my carbs and increase my protein.

Half tin of low low sugar and salt baked beans
7g fajita seasoning mix (you just need this to rub over the chicken)- Oldelpaso

Method
Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
Butterlfy cut chicken. Season in BBQ fajita seasoning and bake for 15 mins.
After 15mins top chicken breast with Baked Beans and grated protein cheese. And bake for a further 5-10mins.
Easy Peasy! and so so good.
