Low Calorie Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta

This is so easy to make and so yummy!!

Ingredients - serves 1
100g I cooked macaroni pasta
1 x chicken breast
30g of Pesto - I used Aldi’s
30g 0% fage
50g mushrooms
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Frylight 1kcal spray- 5 sprays
Method
Boil your macaroni (follow instruction on packet)
Meanwhile dice your chicken breast. Slice tomatoes and mushrooms.
Using 1kcal spray oil- lightly fry chicken for approx 8 mins and then add mushrooms and tomatoes, fry until cooked.
In a bowl mix your pesto and Fage together.
Drain pasta. Add to chicken and mix in creamy pesto sauce.
And serve!
