3 mins microwave high protein apple crumble oats!

A lovely breakfast or dessert option! And so simple to make! Packed with protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer!

Ingredients


  • 120g gala apples cut into chunks - leave sick on for more fibre!

  • Half tsp cinnamon


  • 30g rolled oats

  • 2tbsp water

  • 5g honey

  • 12g vanilla protein powder (I used myprotein impact whey) such a versatile flavour you can add to so many things


  • 125g fage 0% yoghurt (our super market own brand strained Greek yogurt alternative)

  • 12g vanilla protein powder

  • 3g honey - to drizzle on top


Method


Cut apples up into chunks and toss in cinnamon- microwave for 2 mins


Meanwhile in another bowl combine oats, honey, vanilla protein powder and water and mix.


Top apples with oat mix and micro for 1 more minutes.


Mix yoghurt and protein powered together and add to your apple crumble bowl (it’s like apple crumble and custard) drizzle with honey!
