A lovely breakfast or dessert option! And so simple to make! Packed with protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer!

Ingredients
120g gala apples cut into chunks - leave sick on for more fibre!
Half tsp cinnamon
30g rolled oats
2tbsp water
5g honey
12g vanilla protein powder (I used myprotein impact whey) such a versatile flavour you can add to so many things
125g fage 0% yoghurt (our super market own brand strained Greek yogurt alternative)
12g vanilla protein powder
3g honey - to drizzle on top
Method
Cut apples up into chunks and toss in cinnamon- microwave for 2 mins
Meanwhile in another bowl combine oats, honey, vanilla protein powder and water and mix.
Top apples with oat mix and micro for 1 more minutes.
Mix yoghurt and protein powered together and add to your apple crumble bowl (it’s like apple crumble and custard) drizzle with honey!
